I am a doctoral candidate at The Pennsylvania State University studying Lifelong Learning and Adult Education, as well as Comparative and International Education. I am researching using the arts for peacebuilding and conflict transformation. I have also been learning arts-based methodologies and social justice theatre techniques. My dissertation research is about a testimonial theatre program, Theater of Witness, based in Philadelphia, PA and Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland.
